Setup is quick and simple:
1. Order the Reduced Sugar No Glycerol product
2. Apply over-stickers where applicable
3. Remove any FSA glycerol warnings
4. Fill the machine with the new product

F2 Machine

Your F2 machine requires a Frozen Brothers–approved hardware and software upgrade before it can serve the Reduced Sugar No Glycerol range.

This bespoke upgrade, designed exclusively by our R&D team, ensures:

  • Consistent product quality and performance
  • Correct product delivery
  • Full regulatory compliance

    • There’s nothing you need to do right now.

    Over the coming weeks, we’ll contact you to:
  • To schedule a visit by one of our technicians to fit this upgrade
  • Confirm when you can order and begin serving on your F2 machine

    • ⚠️ Please do not order or serve Reduced Sugar No Glycerol products on an F2 machine until we’ve confirmed the upgrade is complete.

    Setup is quick and simple:
    1. Order the Reduced Sugar No Glycerol product
    2. Remove any FSA glycerol warnings
    3. Fill the machine with the new product
    4. Adjust machine to viscosity 2 – see video below.

    Follow these steps:
    1. Order the Reduced Sugar No Glycerol product
    2. Apply over-stickers where applicable
    3. Remove any FSA glycerol warnings
    4. Update your screen to remove “No Sugar” branding – see “How to update your screen” section below
    5. Fill the machine with the new product

    How to update your screen:

  • Tap the top-right corner of the display
  • Enter PIN: 4231 or 1234
  • Select “Change Flavour”
  • Choose the video with name starting “RS” (for Reduced Sugar)
  • After around 30-45 seconds, you’ll see the new video and should now see the new “Taste Elevated” campaign video, with the glycerol/no sugar signs removed

    • If the video is not visible, or does not contain the correct flavours, please contact Customer Service at customerservices@frozenbrothers.com or 0208 578 5785 before serving.

    Please ensure all required setup, branding, screen updates, and warning removals are completed before serving any Reduced Sugar products. 

    Once live in your machine, you are responsible for ensuring the product is correctly set up and labelled.
