G3.5 On IceStation Set Up Guide

Before your installation can commence, you must first complete the setup process to ensure you and your store are ready to receive your equipment. Please follow these simple steps to ensure you are prepared for your installation date.

This installation guide covers the following power unit. Please check that the product code on your order confirmation matches one of the following: G3.5IS2MCF - G3.5 Ice station 2M Coke Frozen, G3.5IS2MFF - G3.5 Ice station 2M Fanta Frozen, G3.5IS2MTIB - G3.5 Ice station 2M Tango Ice Blast.

Step 1 - Create Account

First, you will need to register and set up your Frozen Store online account to access our e-shop – Frozen Store – using our app or via our website. To do this, follow the link below to create an online account.

All customers must create an account with us even if you are part of a larger group and order your syrup through your internal systems.

Step 2 - Order Online

Once you have created your account, you will be able to place orders for:

  • Book An Engineer (reporting machine faults or requesting maintenance)

  • Order Product (Syrups, cups and other products)

  • Update your screen (Update the marketing videos & cup prices for your IceScreen)

If you are part of a group and order your syrups, cups, and other products centrally, please continue to use that method.

You can order online here or via our app, which can be downloaded using the links below.

You must have at least two bag-in-boxes (BIBs) of syrup for each flavor you are going to sell in your store before we commission your machine.

Step 3 - Store Requirements

The G3.5 requires these elements to function (a water connection, your own CO2 supply, and Power). These must be ready for your installation date.

Water

The G3.5 Power Unit runs off your store's water supply, which must be within 2 metres of the power unit installation space. It requires a 15mm copper pipe, 16cm long, suitable for potable water after the valve so we can connect to it. You can find the specification of the valve you or your plumber need to fit here.

Power

Our G3.5 Power Unit requires a 13-amp plug socket within 2 metres of the power unit installation space.

CO2 Supply

The G3.5 is a carbonated machine that requires CO2, which you must supply. For details on the necessary CO2 and where to purchase it, click the button below

Step 4 - Space

The exclusive IceStation 2 is our express installation and has been designed for your convenience. It comes complete with everything you need for a fast and simple set up.

Top drawer connects flavour #1 to your Power Unit (2x 10 Litre bag-in-box syrups)

Middle drawer connects flavour #2 to your Power Unit (2x 10 Litre bag-in-box syrups)

Bottom draw stores 2x spare 10 Litre bag-in-box syrups.

Right-side compartment stores 2x 10 Litre CO2 cylinders (1x connected, 1x spare).

Step 5 - Access

Your store must also be accessible for our technicians. Please check the following information as it might impact the delivery and installation of your Power unit. If your store doesn’t meet these requirements in any area, please contact us at least 5 working days before your install date so we can address the situation.

Parking and Distance to store - There must be parking within the immediate vicinity of your site (within 50 metres).

Door Width and Narrow Points: Check for any potential choke points and corners. Ensure there is adequate space to maneuver (minimum width 720mm).

Pavements, Surfaces, and Steps: You must notify us of any stairs, steps, or lifts between the access point to your store and the location of the equipment.

Obstacles: Please remove any obstacles from the path of the machine (from the access point to your store to the installation location for the equipment).

Time of Installation: You or a member of staff must be present at the time of installation to grant access to the site and receive training.

Installation Destination: Ensure your installation location meets the minimum space requirements linked below. There must be room for ventilation and easy access to water and power.

You must notify us at least 5 working days in advance of any special requirements, such as site permits, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) reports, or if the installation must take place outside regular business hours.

Pre-Delivery Requirements

Check List

Below is a summary of the steps described above that you must complete to enable our technician to fully commission your machine. Please remember that if you fail to have any of these steps ready by the time our technician arrives on site, they may not be able to commission your machine, and we reserve the right to apply a call-out charge in such circumstances.

  • You must set up a Frozen Store account so you can order syrup, cups and other accessories. For help with your set-up and log-in process go here.

  • From Frozen Store you must purchase at least 2 two bag-in-box cases (BIBs) of syrup of each flavour you are going to sell

  • Within 2 metres of the Power Unit you must have a water supply with a 15mm copper pipe, 16cm long, suitable for potable water after the valve so we can connect to it. You can find the specification of the valve you or your plumber need to fit here.

  • You must source your own CO2 supply.

  • Within 2 metres of the Power Unit you must have a 13amp plug socket

  • Our technicians must have easy access to your store and the installation location(s) for your equipment.

  • There must be sufficient space to install your power unit plus clearance for ventilation..
